Antique Edwardian 1905 Sterling Silver Stamp Holder Envelope Pendant Charm

A solid sterling silver envelope made during the height of the Edwardian era by the famous novelty silversmith firm Crisford & Norris. This beautiful piece of history would have been worn on a watch chain or chatelaine to store stamps. Today it makes a beautiful pendant for a necklace.

• Materials & Hallmarks: Fully hallmarked sterling silver, Birmingham, C&N makers mark and f date letter for 1905 
• Size: Approx measurements 28mm x 26mm
• Condition: Offered in good antique condition with minor, age-appropriate wear. Polished sympathetically to retain the beautiful patina which highlights the wording. Vintage sterling silver jump ring fitted which is split ready for soldering or closing before regular wear to ensure it is secure.
